My favorite area to teach, explore and learn about is the 2nd chakra. The 2nd chakra is the seat of our creativity and reproductive organs. Our ability to create and to work from desire is a powerful tool. The more our desire is taken out of the shadow, the more we can feel our personal self worth and accept our desire as a tool for growth rather than a secret to be shamed.
