The way to live without fear is to know that every outcome in life is perfect. "
- Neale Donald Walsch
As
a child, I remember numerous adults repeating the widely-believed
aphorisms, "nobody is perfect" and "nothing in life is perfect".
What was deemed as perfect helped to reinforce certain lifestyles, and ways of limiting belief and oneself. Well if nobody or nothing will ever be perfect, then why try?
As an adult, I have reclaimed my personal belief in perfection. I believe that everything is perfect. I don't believe that some things are created perfectly, and others are not. I believe that all things, people, opportunities, and so on are created perfectly. I don't believe that perfect only looks one type of way, I believe in the perfection of everything.
At times, my vision gets foggy and when I become overwhelmed with what seems like imperfection, I know its just time to clean those metaphysical glasses, because everything is created in beauty and perfection, it's my own vision that sees something different at times.
